We offer two guest rooms: the Garden Room ($225 per night) and the Rose Room ($195 per night), tax not included. Both rooms feature queen beds. The Garden Room also features an ensuite bath, gas log fireplace, large TV, and private patio. The Rose Room has a private bath just a step out in the hallway.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, our minimum reservation is two nights.
How do I make a reservation?
Call us at (425) 883-7078. A valid credit card number must be given at the time of reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged the first day's deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Check-In & Check-Out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm. Check-out is at 11am, or by special arrangement.

Are children welcome?
Yes, children over the age of 12 are welcome. Only the Garden Room can accommodate an extra guest.
Do you allow pets?
We are unable to accommodate pets — please leave them at home.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
No, we are a non-smoking home.
Breakfast
What is included with breakfast, and what time is it served?
A full breakfast is served between 7am and 9am to accommodate both business travelers and tourists. Breakfast features fresh, organic foods — seasonal fruits and vegetables from our own garden and eggs from our own chickens — cooked and beautifully presented.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We strongly support good health through nutrition and are happy to tailor your breakfast to meet your dietary needs.
Rooms & Amenities
How many rooms does the inn have?
A Cascade View has just two guest rooms — the Garden Room and the Rose Room. Each has windows looking out onto a gorgeous garden filled with roses, a variety of shrubs and trees, vegetables, and of course the Cascade Mountain range. Both feature queen-sized beds and private baths — the Garden Room has an ensuite bath and the Rose Room has a private bath — offering an intimate, home-like stay rather than a large hotel experience.
What common areas can guests use?
Guests are welcome to enjoy our Guest Sitting Room, which includes a TV, library, wet bar, small refrigerator, a patio with garden access, and a station for making tea and hot chocolate outside of breakfast hours.

Is the property ADA accessible?
